I've been too most everything in the city, I don't remember the names though. The architecture is second to none as I said, and the city is alive. Madrid I didn't like too much.

I don't think I have seen enough to judge just yet.
Yerevan and Stepanakert are the places where I can easily see myself living, simply because there's always something going on, and some change taking place.
The VERY little I've seen of Prague and Vienna gave me an impression of highly artsy-fartsy (which is not necessarily bad) and somewhat dull cities....though they're both very beautiful, obviously.
I shall return to this thread once I've seen more of the world.

Hopefully, I'll see Kiev, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Tblissi next year (as well as Yerevan and Stepanakert again, and maybe some other Eastern-European cities).
Saint-Petersburg, especially, should be a very beautiful city.
But there's something about the pace of life in Yerevan that is just what I need...

Either San Francisco or Portland. Amazing public transit in both cities, and they're both compact. Portland is the microbrewery capital of the world and I love beer.
Long Beach is cool, and it's nice living on the bay, but there are too many dumb college kids and Jimmy Buffett wannabes and it's annoying having to drive all the way to LA to get away from it.

Yes, I remember a gypsy woman. She was by Notre Dame breast-feeding an infant and crying for some reason.)
