DUDE! I live right next to Grant High.. and the last few days it's been over run by Armenians. What the f*ck is going on?!?!?!? and why wasn't I invited? LOL. I was actually Grant today, but I was working on something else... maybe I should check out whatever the hell is going on.

        For those who don't know.

The Navasartian Games are (I guess) the championship games of many sport categories for those individuals that play sports in the AYF.

I believe the games go on like earlier on in the day, and then at around 4 or 5pm or so, various Armenian singers are invited to perform with their bands for about an hour while many people dance. Armenians from all ages attend this event, but you usually see a lot of young people there. There are many Amenian vendors as well selling, music, videos, jewelery, artwork, and many other things.

The games take place about 3 to 4 days once a year in Los Angeles at Grant High School.

So... did anyone go this weekend?
        How was it?

Weird that I had to hear about this from my Jewish friend who lives across the street from Grant. Oh well.. maybe next year.

If you live right next to Grant High, why don't you walk yourself over and check out what's going on? There are games going on right now. Stop talking about and go do it.

It was free, until closing weekend... GO anyway. You'll see the championship games. Best ones.
