    Today is the 4th day of my diet and I can't take it anymore. I've been salivating everytime I see anything with complex carbs . I've lost 6 pounds though so it's good motivation not to stop. I go to World Gym.

    I saw on the news that low carb diets cause bad breath. Because the body is busy breaking down more protein some chemical byproduct that causes bad breath is released. If you google it I'm sure you'll find an article on it.

      100 pounds, what are you nuts? That's not healthy. Low carb diests are lame. Just don't eat stuff that is obviously loaded with needless sugar. Like cheescake, icecream and sodas. OK icecream once a in a while, but I can go the rest of my life without cheescake or soda and be just fine. Who wants to drink ink under pressure anyway.

        Yeah, it's not healthy. Don't look at the availibility of low carb products as an indication of its effectiveness because that's about money, not health.

        Low fat and low carb diets will acheive the same loss from what I heard on the news, but I read some scientific article (don't have the reference) and it flat out said it's not healthy. So, don't do the atkin's type thing.

        Just eat healthy carbs like potatoes, wild rice, whole wheat bread, etc and lean meats.

                ahahahahahahahahahahHA. You're NOT short? What's short in your book? Maybe I'm just biased because I'm 5'8, but, yeah, generally 5'2 is kinda short!

                Phew, that explains the 100lb goal. Sheesh. Mine is 130, and I have 4 inches more than u. hehe. Silly girls!
