True my breath has been a little different lately . Not that bad though just different, it actually smells like protein.

That's because your body is in ketosis. Ketone-breath. YECH!

5'2 - 5'3 is not THAT short. I knew one girl in high school who was 4'9 and she was 18 years old.
As for the topic, I've never even been to a gym. I just excercise at home.
*looks in the mirror* I look fine.

            Btw, I'm 5'5, last time I checked.

I don't know about which exercise at the gym is best for getting taller, but I do know that stretches help and so does playing basketball.

To start off, Angelik hhats o paneer is terrible if you're on a diet

How are low carb diets lame? It's been proven that carbs were the culprit for all this obesity. 20 years ago they thought it was "NO FAT" and everything started coming out 98 or 99% fat free. But what do you know people were still getting fatter and more obese, the numbers were multiplying. It's only recently that they figured out that they were wrong and that the carbs were the enemy.

Low fat and low carb diets will acheive the same loss from what I heard on the news, but I read some scientific article (don't have the reference) and it flat out said it's not healthy. So, don't do the atkin's type thing.

Just eat healthy carbs like potatoes, wild rice, whole wheat bread, etc and lean meats.
Ok while it's true it's more about the money then health to these companies but low carb products ARE effective if you know what you are doing. And NO low fat and low carb diets are completly different. Also, I agree while the Atkins thing might not be too healthy, there are different kinds of low carb diets. The Atkins diet makes the body go into ketosis while just a low carb diet that has at least 100 grams of carbs a day won't make you go into ketosis and you will still lose weight in a healthy way. But in my opinion even if the Atkins diet is a little bit unealthy, as long as you don't do it for too long it's not as bad as some people think. But if you're unhealthy to begin with or have heart or other problems I wouldn't recommend it. Anything less than 100 grams of carbs will make your body go into ketosis, but for most it needs to be in the 30-60 range to really go into ketosis. Also you said just eat healthy carbs like potatoes and rice. Those two are Complex carbs and you definitely need to stay away from those if you are trying to lose weight or get definition. You want to have unrefined carbs. Any carbs you have on your low carb diet need to be simple carbs and not complex and theres a big difference between the two which people mistake a lot.

My body is actually borderline, I'm eating around 80-100 grams of carbs a day but any lower than that then my energy will just shut down. The first few days were bad but now I'm used to it. The body gets used to it and u get all your energy back.

Also another big factor is doing cardio along with these diets, if you don't it will greatly reduce the effectiveness. But don't go overboard on the cardio or else you will end up burning muscle also. Another thing is lifting weights .... There's just to much to say and a lot of things still left unsaid that I can go into detail about but I'll stop now and if there's any questions or things you don't agree with just let me know and I'll be glad to explain in detail.

And on a final note, the worst thing out of all these categories that is worst than carbs even is SUGAR. Sugar is the ultimate worst when you are trying to lose weight. Also never have sodium if you're getting ready for something and want to look skinny because sodium retains a lot of water and you look bloated. If you stop eating salt only you can lose a good 5 pounds just off that because of the water weight. AHHH i can't stop typing ..... more later.
