now as for the grading system, i heard about it before and i think its a really good idea. unfortunately we here in new york dont have anything like that. I think they should definately do it. here its basically if the inspector comes and finds anything dirty they will just shut you down, no a's or b's about it. Is there anything below a "b" by the way, and has anyone ever ate at one like that?

Yes, a place can have a C or if it has a score of 69 and below it's not letter graded. I've ate at a B, never ever will I eat at a C.

its coo' you all can come over... and im sure goey can cook up something too... we armenians have A LOT of variety of dishes... dolma, kufta/klur, all the different salads... sepas, all the different kinds of soups (shorbas) we can even make our own hamburgers, with katlet and/or tapkats mis, you know what i mean...

all the different mezzes... hummos, lebni, etc...

i looooove cooking... i can make pastries, cookies, gata, all homemade... when i go out to eat somewhere, i am the worst, because i am so critical... i think what the hell is in this dish? and i wont order something i am not familiar with... so like my mom always says "it's better when you make it from scratch" but she says it in armenian...
