now as for the grading system, i heard about it before and i think its a really good idea. unfortunately we here in new york dont have anything like that. I think they should definately do it. here its basically if the inspector comes and finds anything dirty they will just shut you down, no a's or b's about it. Is there anything below a "b" by the way, and has anyone ever ate at one like that?
