there is no liberal media AT ALL! i am liberal and there is nothing but some editorials that serve my need... and loseyourname if telling the truth about what is going on is liberal then hey i will take that as a compliment...
if one lady out of ABC said she wanted to change the world in the 60s that doesnt mean anything... the point is that all the national media there is out there is owned by 2 companies, except for fox, and all of those people are showered with gifts to not air the truth, and if the truth does accidentally slip out the rush limbaughs (you know the pain killer addicts and the maid harrassers) come out and say "damn those liberals"
i love it because it means that only liberals tell the truth...
and the only reason why i put international sites was because i wanted you all to read what the rest of the world thinks of us, and i wanted to bring up a none partisan view point... if put a www.motherjones.com article everyone would've said that is a liberal editorial, so thats why i didnt... and if thats not enough for you, then the problem isnt the articles or their credibility, its that you just dont want to hear it from me...
i understand that and i guess thats the beauty of this forum, we can speak our minds and maybe not you or not the other person will read those international editorials but maybe someone else will...Comment

A perfect example was the coverage on the Iraq War. Every station but fox would start off with showing a picture of IRAQ and WAR written in BIG RED LETTERS. And the music they played was something of a serious note that signalled danger. Fox started off the coverage pieces by showing the bald eagle, the american symbol flying in and war in blue letters and played an anthem like theme.

patlajan, people say that a type of media is liberal whenever it tells the truth, and i dont like it when people say that, BUT! they say it so much that it ends up hurting their perspective, because essentially if someone tells the truth, they will say you are just a liberal, and hence if the truth is only heard through liberal media then the only form of truth is heard through liberals... like i have said in my other posts, there is a magazine called the AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE and they are also truth tellers... are they liberal HELL NO they are not, but people say liberal this and liberal that so much that it makes their argument stupid... they dont read real conservative news, they only see the buddies on TV (cnn, abc, cbs, nbc, and fox) and they think this is conservative or this is liberal...
real conservatives dont lie and niether do real liberals...
as for you gst... i like you, and i appreciate your advice, and i do understand that you see their converage and you hear this theme music and since you are a reasonable person you think it signals danger, but if you consider the fact that 80% of americans are not very smart, they dont see it as danger, the news is hilarious, i think its not even information anymore, it is infotainment... they want to be flashy and be entertaining, and they also must keep the most amount of views at all times... they keep saying "shock and awee" like its just a video game and no one is getting hurt, and why did they refuse to show the flag draped coffins coming back from iraq? because it isnt entertaining... but real liberal and real conservative editorials and magazines are nothiing like the fab 5 (cnn, abc, cbs, nbc, and fox) they are quite boring, and they give the information, they put it out there, and they even quote each other... like the Economist (an ultra conservative magazine) and motherjones.com have quoted each other, and for the first time in history the 2 sides agreed on every MAJOR issue... but the parts they dont agree on are not government related they are private matters, and those private matters like religon and marriage, should never be discussed... even the American Conservative magazine said "Why are we talking about gay marriage when there is the LARGEST deficit and people dieing abroad?"Comment
