    Scott Peterson guilty!

    Finally, I am so glad this didn't turn into another O.J.

    I hope he becomes Bubba's g/f in jail, serves the bastard right for killing his wife and baby.

            "Scott Peterson was convicted today of murdering his pregnant wife and dumping her body in San Francisco Bay in what prosecutors in the made-for-cable-TV case portrayed as a cold-blooded attempt to escape marriage and fatherhood for the bachelor life.

            Peterson, 32, could get could get the death penalty. He was convicted of one count of first-degree murder for killing his wife, Laci, and one count of second-degree murder in the death of the son she was carrying."

            How is it first degree for the wife and second for the child?

              I do at first glance see him to be guilty from the story the prosicution has offered.. I just still cant understand what would make a man seemingly normal do such a thing.. she ws a beautiful person.. and what makes it worse is the baby ofcours.. what is the state of mind of such a person.. and all throughout he has not shown a sign of depression from his actions.. as in it does not seem like he regrets it..

                Maybe the death of the son was indirect thts why?? though hardly seems to be logical.. but legal issues rarely are.. lol

                  I thought so too. He didn't seem distraught when she couldn't be found. He sold her car. He seemed too stoic for it to be from shock. He just didn't seem like he was broken up over it at all.

                    wow, everyone here in new york was predicting that he would be aquitted, especially after the second juror was kicked out. Very surprising verdict.
