He definitely should fry in hell if he did indeed kill his wife and baby, but since there is no way to know if he's guilty 100% it's better if he is incarcerated for the rest of his life here on earth, and then be judged by the truth in the next life, if there is such a thing. I used to be pro the death penalty, but without 100% proof like definite DNA evidence, etc, I don't think death penalty should be used. The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposing ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function. -- F. Here's the funny part. Geragos was soooo sure he was going to get him off, "not guilty in two weeks" was what his co-counsel said with the xxxxiest look on his face. I guess because of the reasonable doubt they were able to present. Btw, guilty beyond a reasonable doubt does not mean a 100% sure that he did it. On average, if we want to use numbers, it comes to about 85% (whereas you need only 50% in a civil case).

Anyway, Geragos is giving another speech in a couple of weeks around where I live and I think I have my first question. All I have to say is that this conviction is only the beginning. I think the dude has enough money to fight for his life and we don't even know the sentence yet. I wonder if there is any procedural basis for an appeal, although the findings of fact can't be questioned.
