definately. ill tell you whats happened so far. Today is the 3rd day, basically yesterday i saw a lot of bubbles at the top and a lot of air coming out whihc basically meant it was fermenting, today the top looks pretty calm and there is no froth or anything but the whole juice has this thick somewhat creamy and not translucent look to it. i think the reason the fermentation might be slowed is because today is a lot colder, so i have to find a warm spot for it, maybe by the radiator. we will see, hopefully it will work out well.

I thought people usually use grapes. Would this be a significant difference in taste?

When my grandparents came to live with us, they made wine and they used the bathtub!
I didn't drink it, but they said it came out pretty good.

yeah it will taste different. but you can basically make wine out of anything that has sugar in it. Have you ever heard of Armenian pomegrante wine? its pretty good. very sweet though.

Sounds delicious. Is it sold or would it have to be made?
