I don't believe in Aliens.
I do however sometimes believe in ghosts. I've seen those documentaries and shows about the haunted houses and weird stuff (cuts all over the body) happening at night and it scared the sh!t out of me. I don't know, there just seems to be more fuss about ghosts than aliens.

Most nights I stay up very late, everyone else sleeps. There is a mirror across from where I sit and this blue "night light" or whatever they're called. When you're sitting there watching T.V, guarenteed atleast once a night, you will see this shadow-like thing pass (I mean, reflected in the mirror). I thought I was seeing stuff, so I looked it up on some ghost site (yes, reliable I know) and supposedly that is one type of ghost, these shadow things that usually occur in the early morning hours.
My parents have said they noticed weird things like plants rustling/moving as if by wind when no windows or doors were open. Others have also noticed the "shadow" but in different ways.
This all basically came out one night when other relatives were over and they brought up the same topic you did. Everyone basically had a their own story about something they'd noticed at my house. It was weird.
Incidently, there is an old aboriginal burial ground somewhere near where I live.
And before anyone tries to be a smartass, what do I gain from making any of this up? And besides, it's hardly anything "hollywood" level, just small things.

Edit: The mirror is in a different room, across from where you sit. I don't mean directly across from you.

Oh yea me too I know those ghosts, they are called hallucinations.

It's very likely that aliens exist. Just my take on probability. And no, I haven't been probed. <<< that sounds so wrong, but oh well

As far as ghosts, only one instance comes to mind. I either saw a ghost, imagined it, or it was just a lot of blood rushing to my head in a small amount of time, resulting in me thinking I saw a ghost. Ahem...*runs away*

yeah ghosts are trippy, I don't see why not, it could be completely possible. And aliens, I kinda hope they exist because imagine how trippy it would be when we finally meet officially, it would be a new renaissance or something. But at the same time I don't think aliens exist, because the concept can be a representation of concsciousness from the unconsciouss. (in my opinion.)

I figure that if the universe is as big as it is, there must be some other ecosystem somewhere out there where life was able to grow...

As for ghosts, I believe in them mostly for the sake of spicing things up.

Aliens most likely do exist. They might not always be as advanced as hollywood portrays them, but I'm sure they do exist. There are a lot of stars in the universe...and I mean A LOT. Its very likely that the conditions on atleast one planet reflect that of earth and therefor support life.

Ghosts.....I wanna believe in them cuz then you know there is an afterlife, but facts speak harder then storys, etc...so ghosts are harder to believe.
