Yes Sev - you most certainly should (and not just today!!)..so how did your "date" go? Did you take my advice? And did you have her singing? I guess you can PM me if you feel the need to be overly graphic...

catwoman JAN! you are so cute... i agree, we should go to armenia, my cousins getting married in the summer, we all need to go and dance at her wedding...

      TASH TASH!
      and celebrate WOMANHOOD!

thank you all for posting relavant things, and being positive... just so you all know, i celebrated march 8 as well last night

the only reason anony had to say anything was because he wants to stir up the thread and have loseyourname close it... but please keep in mind that we dont have to lower ourselves to his level...

Well well - do tell! (just an expression of course...I'm not actually suggesting that you tell..) but...I am hoping you were able to get some male acknowledgement of your special day - by him doing for you as you deserve ...etc...and that your not just refering to an all female gathering of some sort (though I must admit - sounds like that could be fun too! )

its ok catwoman, the supply and demand graphs or the cost money market vs. the price money market or the labor money market or even the great money types 1, 2 or 3 arent that bad... i actually felt energized after my econ classes... i was like, i cant wait to go home and help myself to something...

winoman it isnt easy for a girl to just get "action" we want good action, we want top of the line, the best action we can get action... not just some schmuck off the street...

My favorite Economics class was a special upper level class on Thorstein Veblin - you may be familiar - his critiques of the scientific basis for Economics...and even more fun was his Theory of the Leisure Class...yeah inspired a paper of mine (got an "A" on it BTW...and in the class...) wherby I was able to make a case that (contrary to standard economic measures of value/worth etc) the Greek restaraunt dishwashing night job I held at the time could be considered my ideal job (and in many ways I could still agree with that..)...yeah I could sleep on the job, watch and gamble on sports, drink and party, was fed (and sent home with enough food for the rest of the week), was stimulated and entertained by the Greeks and other contentious nationaliites that worked there - etc etc ..but I digress...

All of March is actually Women's History Month, or so I've heard. Don't know when that started. If I'm going to congratulate you, though, I expect a congratulation during every other month of the year, which by tacit implication are Men's History Months.
