All of March is actually Women's History Month, or so I've heard. Don't know when that started. If I'm going to congratulate you, though, I expect a congratulation during every other month of the year, which by tacit implication are Men's History Months.

this is why we need a day as such as this (which is recognized all over the world), because of people like you, you must be formally reminded that women are a part of the society, and not there to just "add spice" to your life...
