I think he did the right thing by not saying anything, as people said if he did it would just complicate things and create more drama. Plus its not like this is the end of the world for the relaitonship as long as the guy gets help and this prostitution crap isnt a consistent thing, its not like he has a regular girlfriend on the side or something, for all you know this could be a one time thing and I have a hard time classifying sex with a prosititute as cheating, bad yes, cheating no.

Sex is one of those things we classify as an activity one does only with one's partner. Doing any such activity with anyone else is cheating. He is a cheater. He is not to be trusted from now on.

I hope he gets all the help he needs, and it isnt too hard on his poor wife.

But can't believe you wrote that!!! Cheating is when you're with your spouse and you develop a sexual or emotional relationship with someone else. A prostitute or a girlfriend, same sh!t. From wife's perspective I'm sure a decent woman would actually be preferred over some nasty prostitute with STD.

How do we know that his wife didn't get him the prostitute for his birthday or something? - such things have been known to happen (or maybe it was his wife playacting the part and they were having some fun... etc)

One should not think that their reality is the only conceivable one and automatically judge what they observe or the actions of others based on such...

Really - do tell? I've never had the pleasure of such - not that I think its necessarily a bad thing (for others etc - depending on circumstance) - but its never apealed to me in the least (and I've certainly had my oppurtunities for such)....

And why "especially Armenians"? Is there a study with some results you could show us - or would you care to otherwise elaborate?

Kotay, as sweet as you are - your comments here made me raise my eyebrow to say it lightly. I do not personally know any Armenian man I would ever suspect of such a thing, and I certainly don't expect such behavior from my own bf/husband. If I was this woman I would want to find out so I could leave him.
