Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Ok guys I need advice on something that I'm lost about. I recently found out one of my uncles is cheating on his wife. I found this out because my brother went to my uncles workplace to get a blueprint for something and found condoms on the desk and he could sense he was a little drunk. He told him about how he had just brought a prostitute over and had sex with her. This is really surprising because a lot of people looked up to him. Lately he has been acting weird though and he lost his job about a year ago. Now here is my problem. Since I found out about this do I tell the wife? It's my dads brother. Should I tell my parents? Does the wife need to find out about this? Or should I keep my mouth shut. I really don't know what to do about the situation. And my brother is the one who found out initially so I would be putting him in a bad spot also since he didn't tell anyone and he just had to tell me to tell someone close to him since he was confused too. I told him to not say anything for now to anyone. Well? What should I do?

BTW, I just reworded it in a way where it's happening to me but it's not actually happening to me, it is one of my friends, I just didn't want to explain it in third person because it would be more confusing. So I need to help the guy out because he's been stressing over this and asked me for some advice.

Tough. I'm inclined to say don't say anything, but it is messed up. It sounds like the cheating's not the only issue. He needs help. Maybe tell your parents and see what they think? They know him better probably... maybe they can talk to him about the drinking or possible depression and just leave out the prostitute?

You should just keep quiet about it. All things naturally reveal themselves.

KEEP IT TO YOURSELF??? Are you clinically insane? How could you (your friend) do that to the aunt. She deserves to know!! Don't go up to her and directly tell her, tell your mom or someone close to her. Let her be suspicious and she'll find out sooner, rather than later. I hope your (his) uncle's penis shrivels, and his stomach swells up like a balloon. A**HOLE!! He can't go home and sleep with his wife, so he decides to get it from some NASTY hooker who slept with God knows who......and then brings that home to his wife? OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna throw up!

That is very unfortunate. I agree with Siggie, the man needs help in general. Talk to your brother about it, and you guys can come to an agreement together. I suggest that you both speak to your parents since they would know the uncle and his wife better (I assume).

          Best of luck

The wife deserves to know!! If you're positive about the cheating, gotta let the wife know. Talk to your parents first and see what they have to say about it, but I think she sould know. And I agree, the man needs help as well, but that doesn't change the fact that he's a ....

K, to keep this short, the wife already knows. Telling any more people about it might embarrass her because obviously a cheating husband is not something to be proud of. Chances are his mom and dad know too (because things get around in armo families). Anyway, so now he and his bro know. All I'm saying is that if he was able to just walk in and see all of that, what makes us think the uncle actually made an effort to hide it from his wife? She could have been the one to walk in at that moment and the condoms would have been there. Someone close to her should bring up a conversation to see if she has any suspicions. Is his mom close to the uncle's wife?

I don't know how close his mom is with the uncles wife, I didn't ask too many questions. But I think the best thing I've heard so far is to just let it unfold itself. It will no doubt show itself.

Yea man, let it evolve with itself. It always does. Getting involved will get you personally in the drama, and you don't need that. Trust me on this, it will show itself naturally in the course of events.

I agree with mouse. I also think that she kind of knows. Omni, just tell your friend not to get involved.
