Violin - about a year.

I don't play any instruments, but to produce my music/make the beats, it involves knowing how to work everything. From Piano keys, to all the drums. It's basically knowing a little bit of everything, on the computer.

Recorder. since I was 6. I am 22 now...lol. But I can play quite a bit of armenian songs on there!

When I was a DJ back in college days (late 1970s!) I used to sometimes sit in on drums with groups (actual and improvised) I invited into the studio to jam - I never had any real training other then drummer friends showing me what to do - but it was generaly good enough for the blues and rock jams we ussually ended up playing...I also have dabbled in making my own electronic music at times - for a long while now - beginning in the days of the Moog and with other synths that you actually had to wire patch together to get the chords and such...my how times have certainly changed...
