I was flying out of Chicago. By the way, here's a fun way to spend time at huge airports like the O'Hare. Skip finding out for sure which terminal your airline's ticket counter is in. Walk to one end of the airport, find out you need to be on the opposite end in the next 5 mins and run like a banshee while your arms hurt like hell carrying 2 large suitcases.

I'll pass on all that fun thanks. I don't usually like flying out of big airports. When I went to New York I went through Burbank but I came back through JFK. The only bad thing is I usually end up sitting next to people that scare me on the plane. Did you atleast enjoy your time?

Yes. The trip was well worth it. The weather was very strange this winter, wasn't it? The north (Wisconsin, Minnesota) were relatively without snow and warm, while the southwest was snowed in. Pretty strange weather.

It was really weird weather. I wish it had snowed some in New York, it was relatively warm for the winter over there. One day it got to 70. Usually I'm used to it being close to freezing when I'm there.
Everyday they would show Colorado and how much it had snowed there. I felt bad for the people trying to leave.

lol talk about sitting next to people that scare you. In october, I was flying out to Melbourne, flight was at 6am. I was so tired I tried to sleep, then I woke up hearing the guy next to me talk to himself. When I looked at him, I saw him praying with his arabic prayer book (Koran) I was a bit scared. Didn't know what to think. Then realised it was their holly month of Ramadan. Phew, we landed safely.

I haven't had an experience like that but I've sat next to people who've talked to themselves, thought the plane was going to crash, etc. Now I just listen to my iPod and ignore everyone else.
