And, does anyone know if I can change the name of my site after a while. Let's say, I get a certain name now, and in a few months/years, www.one-way.com is available again. Can I switch names?

The domain and the hosting of it are different things. You can get any available domain any time and then host it on a huge array of hosting servers. Currently I'm using hostsave.com. The CGI scripts and SSI scripts are a bit screwed up though. Have you tried contacting the owners of the domain you want. It could be that they own it but don't really plan to do much with it. You could negotiate a price or promise to give some portion of the profits from your albums
