              I had a great bowel movement today at work. It was a shade of brown, soft but still formed, and roughly the size and shape of a long sausage floating as an upside down U.

                My feces was rather nice and sculpted today. It looked buff and cut, as if it's been doing push ups on my intestinal walls.

                I rather enjoy it. Very much an organic work of art.

                  I had a dog that would eat its feces over dog food. I couldn’t scoop it up fast enough before she's eaten some...she would eat it while she was still pooping.

                    My work out routine consists of skating for one hour after work. After several kick flips and skating on my hands (really disturbing I know, but I do it) I proceed to lift weights, then I go jump in a pool and swim laps. On the weekends...I surf.

                      That sounds like the wrong thing to do if you want to gain muscle. You did heavy cardio before lifting, which is a no no. You do either one or the other per day. Cardio starts to destroy muscle after a certain point.
