It definetly sounds like a traffic cop to me.
First I've never seen a police officer writing a meter ticket. Second the whole part about she just ignoring her and continuing to write the ticket sounds like a meter maid manuver. If it was a real cop jahannam would have been sucking on billy club before she finished the sentence. I'd say she was lucky.

NO you didnt. Stop feeling proud for something fifth grade boys do when they get caught skating without a helmet. OMG you said "xxxxx" OOOOOOOOO I am telling on you. It was your fault. Accept responsibility. Whether it was one minute or not, she doesnt know. All she knows is that you took longer than you should have. You waited a half hour. Couldnt you have fed it another quarter in 15 minutes or so?

I don't care if you forgot, or got caught up in a wait, the rule is the rule.

Your meter expired and you get a ticket.

I've had plenty. What idea are you talking about?

Do you realize that virtually every person can justify why their meter expired?

"Oh excuse me parking person I was caught in a long wait", or "sorry I was stuck in an elevator with a fat man who was farting".

Excuses are excuses, treat them all the same.

jahannam may be the most delusional and angry person I have ever seen on the internet or in the real world. It's truly pathetic how she takes her frustration out on people she doesnt know.

If you read between the lines you can basically see the following...

- She lies a lot.

- She is manic depressant

- She doesn't like to work

- She is constantly seeking the attention she never received as a child.

- Everything is always everyone else's fault and never her own.

- She is bitter at men because her husband dumped her for a real woman.
