Have American presidents properly addressed the genocide against native Americans?

Most surviving native Americans are segregated into reservations, where they battle against drugs and alcoholism and have short life spans

I ask myself:
Is he an objective and impartial observer?
Can he afford to be?
If he is an academic,
is he dependent on the charity of swine?
If he is politics,
who are his role models beside Stalin?
If he is in the business of raising funds,
what is his cut?
If he is in church, is he a serial fornicator?
Which propaganda line is he recycling?

As you may have guessed by now
I seldom go beyond the first
or at most three lines.
