Let us get this straight...

I am phucking tired of hearing/reading that Dark City (1998) was influenced by The Matrix (1999). It is an ignorant, stupid comment. So is that it was influenced by City of Lost Children (1997). All of Dark City's script was written long before City of Lost Children. The set design, drawings and storyboards were also done before its release.

I know this means nothing to anyone here but I had to put it somewhere.
