    NO!
This belongs in a "Redundant PMSing thread." Although this is a boring topic, venting your frustration at men and Turks has no place in it.

This is all well and good if you believe in god, but you need a more universal answer. If someone doesn't buy into that spirituality factor, that just eliminated your argument. There has to be an argument that every person of every cultural and religious denomination can understand.

We went through this once before, but I strongly feel that the only "choice" you have in the matter is made before the conception. If you choose to not protect yourself, you've already made the only decision you should be entitled to. Once conception happens, the process of life has started, and no one should have the right to interfer with that simply because they "made a mistake". There are LOTS of mistakes people will make in their lifetime that they're not allowed to back out of. Why should they be allowed a way out of this one, a mistake which involves the creation of another life form, not some petty crime? This is not something a person should have the right to destroy or "erase".

My reasoning has nothing to do with morality based on religion. It's simply a matter of one golden rule: You can live your life in any means you see fit, as long as that way of life doesn't interfer, and isn't forced upon others. ANd I'm so tired of pro abortion people's weak ass, technical excuses to try and weasel their way out of being held responsible for their actions. Why would life being cradled in a womb give it any less rights, or make it any less human? It is a life form on its way to development, regardless of whether it's a..."pile of gue", or a fully developed baby ready to be born, and you CHOSE to start that cycle. Nothing should have the right to interfer with that choice aside from whatever "fate" nature has instore for it.

That is pretty much what all religions and philosophies speak of Mr. Crimson.
