In 74, the president of France was "Giscard d'Estain", an intelligent person with some weird rules. My parents get french nationality around 74/75, and the name was impossible to be pronouced for simple frenchies.

Actually, my father coming from turkey, it was enfiecioglü (or something like that) which also come from enfiedjian (which is also the name my family of USA has)

So, when they took the french nationality, 10 names were proposed, looking like the old ones and free of any sign betraying the origins.

Voilą, i still think i'm armenian.
