Unfortunately, much like in&out, Del Taco is only found on the west side. I might even consider moving back to LA if they bring back the sonora chicken burrito.

I would most likely kill myself if I lived in a city where they didn't have In-N-Out.

I remember when I was in high school our sociology textbook had a section about "self" dates. How you should treat yourself for doing something "right", like going to a fast food place, as an example. I think most of the people in my class thought that was pretty lame.

Take charge and don't even ask her where to go. Ask her what kind of food she likes but don't ask WHERE. That decision, you make.

Reminds me of this poor pakistani dude that was in a bunch of my classes at UCLA. He wasn't necessarily the brightest soul to ever have graced those classrooms, but he sure as hell was one of the nicest and most sensitive people I met there. Anyway, this one time, he got a B on one of his test and he was soooo happy, he told me he was going to treat himself to a FULL lunch. He was going to spend the full 5 bucks and get the 2 items combo at Panda Express.

I didn't have the heart to tell him that my buddy and I ate there about 2-3 times a week ... but it sure made me step back and take a different view of what I had and didn't have at the time (even though I was basically a broke college student with "no money" and working 2 jobs).
