Yes I Pronounce the words differently.. serr as in gender is used only for "gender" nothing more.

Well consider the fact that I was born and grew up in Armenia....than make conlusions about the count of the armenian words fit in my brain...

Well, again, the laws are unique to each state. In California, the age of consent is 18, but you can only be prosecuted as a felon if you are at least three years older than the person you have sex with. Otherwise, while still illegal, it's only a misdemeanor offense and not actually considered rape.
