We lost this one, but I hope we can return the favor in istanbul.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.
The Armenian team got tired and sloppy in the second half and they just could not get their act together in the box. The Turkish team maintained its composure and consistency throughout the game. They were clearly the better team. Anyway, I want to hear what our resident football expert "Skhara" has to say about the game.
The Armenian Reporter is a joke. They represented that they would have a live feed of the game and it turned out to be a text stream.

There is a long way to go before we can, well, be good.
People need to invest in the sport to give Armenian youth the opportunity to thrive in football. I think when some of our more important issues are cleared up, football will get its chance. In the meantime though, lets try to get wins over Estonia/Belgium/Bosnia and possibly some draws against Spain. And for some reason, i think we can win in Istanbul.
Why the xxxx would we even let them be in our soil? Do they even allow us to be on theirs?
Some fifty thousand Turkish citizens of Armenian decent live in Turkey. Thousands of migrant workers from Armenia go to Turkey for low-wage work, including prostitutes. Hundreds of Armenians from Armenia go to Turkish resorts like Antalya for their yearly vacations...
