1-8, name your Western Conf Playoff teams...where do you think they'll end up?

        Here's my prediction:
        1 Minnesota
        2 LA Lakers
        3 Sacramento
        4 San Antonio
        5 Dallas
        6 Memphis
        7 Houston
        8 Utah

San Antonio and the Lakers are tied right now. The Lakers are 1.5 games behind the first place Kings and 1 game behind the Timberwolves. The Lakers have to win the rest of their 4 games especially the one against the Kings Sunday and also have the Timberwolves lose at least 2 of their next 4 to have a chance at the # 1 seed. The Spurs have gone berserk too lately with their own 7 game win streak. It's anyones title for top seed in the West, and anything can happen in the next 7-8 days.

I think you're about right, but I think Memphis will hold the 5 seed. I also think the Trailblazers have a good shot at the 8 spot. They have the toughest schedule between them, Denver, and Utah, but they've been playing really well lately, and they've still got way more talent than those other teams.

Ya I am hoping that Memphis and San Antonio get matched up in the 1st round, give them a scare like Phoenix did last 2 years. I put Utah for 8 cause I have hope in Coach Sloan with all he's done this year with a roster mainly from his summer league. Plus he lost Harping early on just when he was tearing it up!

I hope Jerry Sloan gets coach of the year, whatever happens. If he retires without ever winning it, something's wrong.

I'd agree, looks like Hubie is that odds on fav to win though unfortunately...

Horace is out, it's unfortunate that we don't have the luxury of a veteran big man to come off the bench. I doubt there is a chance of having Charles Oakley, recently released by Houston to give us that big body with expierience down there.
