I've overlooked a spammer and PepsiAddict brought it to my attention.

When it's an obvious one we don't need a post about it. If it's someone who's replying to threads and not creating new ones it's easier to miss and those may need pointing out.
He's posting the notification when it's a new post in general talk w/ an obvious title like "NOKIA n95 FOR JUST $270USD."
