    I log in , I then lok for messages sent by me and the screen says --- I have no sent messages .
    Am I misreading your quoted post ? Are you not saying that you were able to -- save -- a copy of my sent PM by a default ..... And that my message has been successfully sent ?

        What you are asking for isn't support ... it's hand holding and instruction in computer literacy. Look up your local community college and take a course.

          Just what I expected . A diversion .no , I understand your slick accusation of computer literacy instruction as a way of not answering and your diverting the subject to Your need for support and how it's about you .
          My question to you about your retrieving my info by default doesn't require me to take a computer class .
          If you retrieved that info then it's there . The question is you telling me it's there when it's not showing !!!
          I don't need a computer class if when you say it's now there and it's not .
          From your seat if you say it's in my sent box then it --- has to be --- .!!! It cannot be sent on your side and not on mine !!! You cannot show on your computer that my message is sent and my I pad show it isn't sent !!!
          A simply sorry I was sick or sorry I'm off sick for the week sick is sufficient .
          It says support and feedback , not license to bxtch and sniffle at the people your supposed to help .

          Did you retrieve the sent message by default and resend it ? Yes or no??save the rest for whoever signs yor paycheck .

              And it most certainly is a USER ERROR issue. I bet you're typing your reply in the quote brackets and that's why it says your message is too short. It doesn't count what's quoted as part of your response and responses fewer than a few characters aren't permitted. That's to discourage people from replying with "lol" type one-word responses.

              As far as the private messages go. I do not know what you sent or when you sent it. I said I went into your SETTINGS and changed it to save a copy of sent messages in the sent folder by default. That is all. When you change a setting for something, it changes things going forward. I cannot pull something you didn't save out of thin air.
