General consensus? There are basically two people we're talking about here who are creating multiple accounts to produce this false look of support for themselves. There is no general consensus. All of you, yes you included, have just registered in the last couple days. Coincidence? We're not fools.
Movses is permanently banned as were his prior usernames, as will the rest that he creates.
We do our best to apply the rules evenly and will continue to do so.
