  • Common sense, pls...

First, I'm very new to this Forum, but I have read a lot of the posts and it amazes me how "demanding" some of the users are. Isn't this website free of charge to anyone (I hope it is! )??? So why are ppl talking about "keep customers happy"??? This is not a paid service, and ppl shouldn't expect nor demand to have issues solved rapidly...I believe that the Owners/Admins. have a normal life like any of us, that meaning having to go to work, take care of their families and many other things, I bet, so how are they supposed to be available 24/7 to solve an issue? A little of common sense here would make a BIG difference...

Btw, I really like the forum...will be passing on to the Armenian community in Brazil...

Jen, you're absolutely right. I'm glad that you're enjoying the forum.
