    Ofcourse cannot say.
No single person can acheive anything.
Its his ability to put in place the infrastructure be it terror or democracy to acheive the goals (vision).

it depends on the person I would say but most of it is the person, people unite under people not ideas. Let's take Lenin as an example here, would communism have won in the SU without him and Trotsky?

    3. Artsakh war

So it is hard to be United. The world's major powers have always divided the smaller nations, unfortunanetely. But, if every single Armenian Unite, just like how the people of the country surrounded by arabs are, we would have that kind of country right now. Our Diaspora can be as powerful as theirs.

We should wish dictatorship to Azerbaijan,
    life presidency,
son being prepared to becomes next democratically elected president !!,
suppresses its own people to maintain status quo,
    suppress free press
    maipulated judiciary
enrich the clique around him at the expense of ordinary folk
    etc etc

At the same time ready to scream like hell if any of these happens to our country !!

Until somebody comes up with something better………….I am sticking to Democracy for I think it is the best Government system that we have ever come up with, even with all its faults.
