Ավան և Նոր-Նորք համայնքների 1-ին ատյանի դատարանում ընթացող սփյուռքահայ Ավետիս Կալաճեանի գործով դատավարությունը հետաձգվեց 3-րդ անգամ.Կալաճեանը մեղադրվում է պետական, քաղաքական, հասարակական գործչի կյանքին սպառնացող գաղտնի ծրագիր մշակելու մեջ (ՀՀ. Քրեական օրենսգրքի 35 և 305 հոդվածներ):

Կալաճեանն իր ընկերոջ` Մարտին Բաղդասարյանի հրավերով ամիսներ առաջ գնացել է Մարտինենց տուն սրճելու. երկրի բարքերի մասին զրույց է ծավալվել նրա, ընկերոջ և ընկերոջ որդու` Մասիս Բաղդասարյանի միջև: Զրույցի սկզբում դժգոհել, ապա 1-2 նախադասությամբ իր կարծիքն է հայտնել նաև Կալաճեանը, ում խոսքերն օգտագործելով`զրուցակիցները ցուցմունք են տվել Կալաճեանի դեմ:

Նիստը հետաձգվեց մեղադրյալի պաշտպան Արթուր Գրիգորյանի միջնորդությամբ: Մեղադրվող կողմը դատավարության սկզբում պաշտպանին էր ներկայացրել գրավոր ցուցում, որով խնդրել էր թվով 14 վկաների դատակոչել հետագա նիստին:

Պատմաքաղաքագետ Ավետիս Պաշար Կալաճեանը ծնվել է Հալեպում, բարձրագույն կրթությունը ստացել Ֆրանսիայիում` մասնագիտանալով միջազգային հարաբերություններ և քաղաքագիտություն բաժիններում: 2008թ• հրատարակել է «Թուրք–թուրանական ծավալապաշտությունը և 70 նահատակ ազգեր» աշխատությունը, որից 50 օրինակ նվիրել է ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը:

Դատարանի որոշմամբ` գործի հաջորդ քննությունը կլինի հուլիսի 20-ին:

No Mukuch; this is more than jealousy or personal issues. Something here doesn't smell good, and it's written fish all over it if indeed we should believe Avetis' words, then Sargsyan is collaborating with turkey for money and he is then jailing anyone that speaks for the Armenian Genocide.

What in the world are you talking about? Serzh led the Karabakh Republic Self Defense Forces Committee during the Karabakh war, why would he side with Turkey. Please stop being so delusional.

Unfortunately, there are people who want the president of Armenia dead.. Such a shame. Most of them are part of the LTP gang.. Dividing our unity and posing a serious threat to our state... If this guy was plotting to assassinate the president, I don't see why he wouldn't be in jail.

Turkey will not be allowed to attack Armenia by US and UN. They are part of NATO with EU ambitions. They will be cutting their own throats. False sense of security by Russia.

You cannot be that naive. If it wasn't for Russia, Azerbaijan had attacked Armenia to take Karabakh back by now! The only reason they have not attacked us is because a powerful country like Russia has our back. You possibly can't believe that US or even UN would care to get involved with Armenian issues. UN is not doing anything about the genocide that's going on in Darfur, you expect them to get involved when Turkey attacks Armenia? They will all sit back and watch!

Though I believe we must be independent of all nations including Russia (and I believe we are), it is great to have such a powerful friend in the region. Let's not forget, we don't have relations with Azerbaijan, Turkey, and don't count so much on Georgia since they will always side with Azerbaijan if they had to choose. So let's make sure we are keeping strong ties with Russia and Iran, it's crucial to our survival.

Wile Serj was "leading the Committee" this and other guys were risking their life on front line. And this guy has nothing to do with LTP. And read the post, if you knew how to read Armenian you would understand that no one was going to kill your president. And who would care to? He is just another untalented insignificant and corrupt president.

Attacking Armenia is the last thing turkey cares about today. Today Armenia for turkeyis just another unsignificant neithbour which got very iritating diaspora.

You must be very naive if you think Armenia is independent of Russia and talking of powerfull "friend". Russia is no one’s friend. All Russia cares about is Russia.

2. Ովեր զբաղվում դաշնակցական ազատամառտիկների վերացումով Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ.
3. և գլխավորը դուք դուռսնեք իսկ մենք Հայաստանում և դուք տեղյակ չեք որ թե Լեվոնը թե Սերժը միշտե իրար հետ լավեն եղել միշտել մի մաֆիյայի մեչ. Նաև հիմա. Իրենց երկուսինել մի խաղեր պետք որ թե մեզ թե ձեզ սարքեն հիմար. և կարդալով ձեր գրածները ես տեսնում եմ որ իրենց մոտ դա ստացվում է.
Հայ ազգ եթե այսպես շարունակվի. Ապա մի 50 տարի հետո մի հայ կ մնա ենել թանգարանում. Եկեք Հայաստան ձեզ վատ կողմերը ցյուստամ. Լավը ցյուսեն տալիս հավատումեք. Հայաստանել գալուց Երեվանից այն կողմ չեք գնում, իսկ եթե գնումեք ապա մեքենայով երեվի թե մեզ նմանացնում եք Աֆրիկայի գազանների. Հետոյել գնում ետ և ասումեք մենք Հայրենիքումենք եղել. Իսկ Ավետիս թողնելով իր հանգիստ կյանքը սփյուրքում Հայաստանում պայքարում է իր ժողովուրդի արդարության համար.

Well I do not know exactly who and how have killed Monte, but I always suspected that it was by Levons or Vazgen Sarkisyans orders. If you know more than that tell us…
