My question is, if ever another war breaks out, will Armenia/Armenians
    be able to attack Nakhichevan?

No we won't if we attack it we will be at war with Turkey. There was a treaty in the 20's I believe that said that Turkey guarantees the status of Nakhichevan.

Are they prepared to? Yes. Will they? Not unless Azeri attacks come from Nakhichevan.

Despite Turkeys supposed oversight for the region, should Turkish forces engage Armenians over Nakhichevan, Russia will still get involved. Not because they condone Armenia and care about helping them necessarily, but simply because they need to remain the big boss in the Caucasus and for Turkey to make a move unchecked will make the Russians look weak. Regardless of US, Iran, Turkey and whether for good or bad, or whether they are perceived as weak or strong, Russia has final say in the region.
It's a very complex region indeed.

You're welcome Icy. It's all a chess game that I despise but nonetheless, a reality.

That's true, people should really stop playing politics
              with people's lives.

In last war when rockets from naxichevan hitting artsax fly over armenia, the armenian army answer them by bombarding and silence them.

I'm pretty sure that a war involving Nakhitchevan translates into a direct conflict between Russia and Turkey.

But don't we have a right to attack and capture Nakhitchevan
if we are being attacked from there?
