Somehow with the blocked air route from panzy Georia these toorps made it to Armenia.

Sounds fishy! Why would they let them do this? I mean think about it, they are at war with us but allow such a thing? If so this means they are kissing Moscows arse, then that is a good idicator of why things will remain the same. However with all the hot flahses of late this is not making sense to me. Considering too they have some disputes with some of the members as well. I don't know enough about the air route to comment but I just find it fishy.

Nice to see them paying respect! I really have high hopes for this orginization, not just beucase I'm Armenian, becuase this is a true alliance with like minded people of very different backgrounds. I like this, and I like seeing Kazaks in Aremenia

Several employees of State Service of Mobilization and Military Challenge Service detained. They are accused of corruption – EXCLUSIVE

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov, Alibey Zeynalli-APA. Several employees of the former military commissariats are at disposal in Azerbaijan, APA reports quoting the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription.

According to information, State Service of Mobilization and Military Challenge Service have carried operations in several Azerbaijan’s regions. As a result, department chief of Saatli region Service Ilgar Atayev, the deputy department chief of Dashkesen region, employee of the Goychay department Maarif Nasibov have been detained. The detainees are accused of corruption.

The investigations are being held on the issue. Several more persons are going to be detained too.

On February 13, President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on application of the law on “Military job and military service”. Under the decree, the Military Commissariat of Azerbaijan Republic, Military Commissariat of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, military commissariats of regions and cities subordinated to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic have been abolished; State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan Republic has been established.

President Ilham Aliyev has also appointed Arzu Rahimov as chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan Republic. Arzu Rahimov had been chief of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic.
