Russian snipers in Armenia start fire training

    December 14, 2012 | 18:26

YEREVAN. - The press service of the Southern Military District informs that the snipers from the Russian military base in Armenia, recognized as the best in the Southern Military District in 2012 on the basis of the school year, embarked on a practical training in fire training at the “Kamhud” training center.

First of all, they will examine ballistic particularities when fired from a Dragunov sniper rifle (SVD) and BCC “Vintorez” special sniper rifle in the rarefied air of high mountains.

In the course of combat training, a lot of attention is paid to the tactical training of snipers in mountains and forests in winter. Instructors of military base during the course assess as the ability to correctly choose the position with the natural terrain (canyons, slopes, passes), the ability to use the escape route after the combat mission, to use means of disguise, and to secretly move anti-sniper combat.
The snipers from the Russian military base in Armenia embarked on a practical training…

        Breaking News!

Russian Snipers have shot dead a baboon in Armvir! The baboon crossed a security fence outside a newly built radar station.

Azerbaijan has failed a complaint with the UN for shooting one of their citizens! However shortly after doing so Azerbaijan had to retract the complaint.

It turns out that the baboon that was shot escaped from a local zoo! The monkey was cute, had social skills and could even do math, something it’s cuisines in Azerbaijan are not capable of doing.

        AHH HA HA !!

        LOL!

All that power and they keep Armenia in US friendly list despite being allied to Russia and Iran. All that power and securing US aid. All that power and forcing US
not to go against our interests in Minsk group. All that power and blocking so much turkish policy interests in Washington. All that power and helping Armenia develop balanced foreign policy and influence. Etc...etc....

There is a reason why Turks and the Turkish government are more scared of Armenians in US than they are of Armenia itself......not to mention certain Armenian groups that they see as a major threat.
They still have nightmares from ASALA and they think they are fully active......what I tell them is that ASALA is nothing compared to what they will face the next round between us.

Iranian Majlis: Azeri drones will suffer the same fate as American ones

The Azeri drones will suffer the same fate as the American ones, stated Chairman of Iran’s Majlis Defense Committee, Esmail Kowsari, Iranian parliament’s official website reported.

Commenting on the report that Azerbaijan is using drones to carry out spying missions along its border with Iran, the Iranian MP said, in part, “Iran’s Armed Forces will soon take the necessary action in response to Baku’s illegal actions and any action by them will receive a harsh response.”

The Chairman of Iran’s Majlis Defense Committee noted that Iran’s Armed Forces had caught two American drones during the last two years.

“Any drone that will cross the air frontier of our country will be rendered harmless. If Azerbaijan continues its actions, the Azeri drones will suffer the same fate as the American ones,” Kowsari added.

PressTV.ir reported on Monday that Azerbaijan is using drones to carry out spying missions along its border with Iran. Iranian military experts said Azerbaijan has been using Orbiter ultra-light drones assembled with Israeli help, as well as Hermes-450 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) “for control and surveillance missions.”
