Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

          Delegation, headed by the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, left for China
          2013-12-23
          On December 21, delegation, headed by the ARM Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan, left for Beijing on an official visit upon the invitation of the Minister of National Defence of the People`s Republic of China.
          During the visit, ARM Defence Minister will have meetings with the Deputy Chairman of the PRC Central Military Council, General-Colonel Sui Tsilyani, PRC National Defense Minister, Colonel-General Chang Vantsyuani and other senior officials.
          The Armenian delegation will also pay a visit to the Special Brigade, military regions, various military units as well as majorDefence Industry companies.

                  Հայկական բանակը 2013 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից դեկտեմբերի 25-ը ունեցել է 30 զոհ։ Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ զինված ուժերում (ներառյալ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը) կորուստների թիվը 2013 թվականին նվազել է մոտ 40%-ով։

                  տարբերանշան

                  Ռազմինֆոն հայկական բանակի կորուստները խմբավորել է ըստ երկու չափանիշների` «մարտական» և «ոչ մարտական»:

                  Որպես մարտական հաշվել ենք հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման կամ առաջնագծում ականների պայթյունների պատճառով կորուստները։

                  Ոչ մարտական կորուստները պայմանականորեն բաժանվել են մի քանի ենթաբաժինների՝ ինքնասպանություններ, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, առողջական խնդիր, սպանություն, ականների պայթյուն (երբ զինծառայողը մահացել է անվտանգության կանոնները չպահպանելու հետևանքով), այլ դժբախտ պատահարը, ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերություններն ու այլ դեպքերը (հոսանքահարում և այլն)։

                  Աղբյուրներ

                  Ռազմինֆոն ցուցակները կազմելից օգտվել է բացառապես բաց աղբյուրներից: Դրանք են գերատեսչական կայքեր` պաշտպանության բանակի պաշտոնական կայքը և պաշտպանության նախարարության կայքը, թեմային անդրադարձող հայկական լրատվամիջոցներից, այլ աղբյուրներից։

                  Նշենք նաև, որ վիճակագրությունը կազմելիս որոշ ճշտումներ արվել են նաև ՀՀ ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի հետ:

                  Կորուստներ

                  2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ի տվյալներով 30 զոհից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետևանքով հակառակորդի կրակից զոհվել է 6 զինծառայող: Ռազմինֆոն հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման մեջ չի առանձնացնում դիվերսիոն գործողություններն ու դիպուկահարի կրակը։ Տարվա ընթացքում ինքնասպան է եղել 6 զինծառայող(պաշտոնական տարբերակ), 5 հոգի զոհվել է ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարից, 3 հոգի մահացել է առողջական խնդիրների հետևանքով։ Ականի պայթյունից զոհվել է մեկ զինծառայող (ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի հրամանատար, կապիտան ), ևս 3 զինծառայող ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ։

                  Ականների պայթյունը գրանցվել էր, երբ ՀՀ հյուսիսարևելյան սահմանագոտում տեղակայված զորամասի հսկողության տարածքում զինծառայողները մարտական խնդիր են իրականացրել։

                  Հոսանքահարումից մահացել է 1 զինծառայող: Զենքի հետ անզգույշ վարմունքի հետևանքով մահացել է 3 զինծառայող, ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների հետևանքով 5 զինծառայող (զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունների կատարելու կապակցությամբ ստորադասին ծեծելը կամ նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը, հրամանատարի և ենթակայի միջև վեճը, կռիվը և այլն)։

                  Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 2013 թվականի 30 զոհերից, ըստ զինվորական կոչումների, 21-ը շարքային էին, 1-ը`կուրսանտ, 1-ը` ավագ սերժանտ ևս 2-ը՝ կապիտան (ականի պայթյուն) և մայոր (սպանություն)։ Եվ 5 հոգին նշվում է որպես պայմանագրային զինծառայող։

                  Վիրավորներ

                  2013 թվականի ընթացքում հրադադարի խախտման, ականի պայթյունի հետևանքով և ավտովթարի պատճառով հայկական զինուժն ունի 16 վիրավոր: Նշենք, որ ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում են վիրավորների մասին լուրերը հայտարարվում:

                  2012 թվականին ՀՀ ԶՈւ կորուստները 52-ն էին։ Նախորդ տարի կորուստների առյուծի բաժինը գրանցվել է հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման (14 հոգի, որից 7-ը Տավուշի մարզում և Հորադիզում հակառակորդի դիվերսիայի հետևանք) և ճանապարհատրանսպորտային միջադեպերի պատճառով (14հոգի): Մեծ է նաև ինքնասպանությունների թիվն (պաշտոնական տարբերակ) (10 հոգի) ու առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով գրանցված մահերը (7 հոգի): 2012 թվականին գրանցվել են նաև ականի պայթյունից (1 հոգի), ոչ կանոնդադրական հարաբերությունների (2 հոգի), զենքի հետ անզգույշ վարմունքի (1հոգի) և այլ դեպքերի (3 հոգի) պատճառով զոհեր:

                  Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 2012 թվականին, ըստ զինվորական կոչումների, զոհվել են 34 շարքային, 3 կրտսեր սերժանտ, 2 կապիտան, 2 մայոր, 1 ենթասպա և 1 եֆրեյտոր։ Զոհերի թվում է նաև 9 պայմանագրային զինծառայող։

                  2013թվականին գրանցված ականի պայթնունից զոհված զինծառայողը, ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների, մահացել է մարտական խնդիր իրականացնելիս:

                  2012 թվականին գրանցված ականի պայթյունից մահացած զինծառայողը, ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների, անփույթ վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերել ծառայության նկատմամբ, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ

                      The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) army is capable of ensuring the safety of its people without side forces.

                      NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan stated the aforementioned at a press conference on Wednesday, as he recapped the passing year, reports the RFE/RL Armenian service.

                      Overall, as per Hakobyan, the year is ending on a positive note. The number of deaths and injuries in the army, the adversary’s shots fired at the frontline, and the infiltration attempts of its intelligence groups have decreased as compared to the previous year.

                      In his words, the NKR Defense Army has been complemented with new weaponry and military equipment, and the number of contract-based military servicemen has increased by about 350 people.

                      “Today, the [NKR] military serviceman at the frontline cannot be shot by the adversary unless he infringes upon the safety rules. And the diversionary intelligence groups [of the adversary] cannot infiltrate without being noticed,” the NKR defense minister stated.

                      Hakobyan also commented on the news being disseminated, according to which Russian peacekeeping troops may be deployed in Karabakh following Armenia’s decision to join the Russian-led Customs Union. He stated that this matter was not and will never be discussed.

                      “The Karabakh army, the state do not need peacekeeping forces,” Movses Hakobyan concluded.
