Azerbaijani Army loses serviceman on day of Khojaly genocide anniversary

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Azerbaijani Army has lost a serviceman.

The Defense Ministry told APA that Armenian armed units violated ceasefire on February 26 at 15:30.

Junior sergeant of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Nohbalayev Karam Shahin was killed as a result of the fire opened by the enemy.

Under the order of Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, the 3rd class medal “For distinguished military service” has been conferred on soldier Guliyev Eshgin Fireddin.

The Defense Ministry extended deepest condolences to the parents and relatives of the martyr.
