Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

        Most of these extra flight hours of Russian Migs has to do with testing and pilot familiarization with the new weapon systems installed....there are always bugs to be work out when tested in a real flight profile and conjunction with other aircraft systems and to grade the performance of the upgrade in real scenarios.

              Երեւանից ոչ հեռու՝ Կոտայքի մարզում, գտնվում է «Արզնի» օդանավակայանը։ Դրա գոյության տասնյակ տարիներին շրջակայքի բնակիչները սովորել են օդանավերի եւ ուղղաթիռների շարժիչների ձայնին, ուսումնական թռիչքներին եւ պարաշյուտացատկերին։ Այստեղ է գտնվում Հայաստանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ուսումնական-ավիացիոն էսկադրիլը։ (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ)

              Էսկադրիլի գործունեության, ուսումնական գործընթացի եւ օդաչու-հրահանգիչի մասնագիտական որոշ նրբությունների մասին NEWS.am-ի ընթերցողներին պատմում է ավելի քան 25 տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ ունեցող օդաչու Արթուր Հակոբյանը։

              Էսկադրիլը ստեղծվել է Երեւանի աերոակումբի հիման վրա։ Արթուր Հակոբյանն արդեն երկու տասնամյակից ավելի է այնտեղ է ծառայում՝ շարքային օդաչու-հրահանգիչից դառնալով զորամասի հրամանատար։

              Արզնիում մարզվում են մարշալ Արմենակ Խամփերյանցի անվան ավիացիոն ինստիտուտի կուրսանտները։ Ուսունական գործընթացը կազմակերպվում է մարզաուսումնական Յակ-52 եւ Մի-2 օդանավերով։ Պարապմունքներն անցկացվում են մարտից մինչեւ օգոստոս։ Կուրսանտները սկզբում ռազմական պատրաստվածություն են անցնում, հետո սկսվում է պրակտիկան։ Նրանք խմբերի են բաժանվում եւ օդաչու-հրահանգիչները նրանց հետ սկսում են աշխատել ցամաքում եւ օդում։

              «Հրահանգիչը բոլոր ուժերն ու կարողությունները ներդնում է կուրսանտների ուսուցման գործում՝ ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելու համար։ Նրանք Հայաստանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ապագա օդաչուներն են։ Այսօրվա դրությամբ, էսկադրիլի 20 տարվա աշխատանքի ընթացքում, թռիչքային կազմի մոտ 80% -ը մեր շրջանավարտներն են։ Առանց ավելորդ համեստության կարելի է պնդել, որ պատրաստվածության մակարդակով նրանք աս են։ Ընդհանրապես, սկսած ԽՍՀՄ տարիներից, հայ օդաչուները միշտ գնահատված են եղել՝ ինչպես ռազմական, այնպես էլ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի բնագավառում»։

              Ավիացիայի ինստիտուտի կուրսանտները պրակտիկայի գալիս են երկրորդ կուրսից։ Ուղղաթիռների օդաչուները մինչեւ ուսումնառության ավարտը պրակտիկան մեզ մոտ են անցնում։ Ինքնաթիռների օդաչուների ուսուցումը մի փոքր տարբերվում է. ուսումնառության վերջին երկու տարիները թռիչքային այլ զորամասում են անցկացնում»։

              Ինստիտուտի թռիչքային բաժանմունքում ամեն տարի մեծ մրցակցություն է գրանցվում։ Բայց ամենքին տրված չէ օդաչու դառնալ։

              «Պատահում է, որ Աստծո կողմից տրված չէ։ Նման տղաները ցրվում են։ Կարելի է ասել՝ բնական ընտրություն է կատարվում։ Ամեն մարդ ինչ-որ մասնագիտության տաղանդ ունի։ Մեր մասնագիտության դեպքում մարդու մեջ պետք է կայծ լինի, որը պետք է բորբոքել։ Որպեսզի սիրի երկինքը, սիրի թռիչքը, որպեսզի ոչ միայն հաճույք ստանա, այլեւ ՕԳԳ-ն բարձր լինի»։

              Ցրվելու պատճառները շատ են։ Կան այնպիսիք, որոնք գերագնահատում են իրենց հնարավորությունները։ «Երբեմն տղաները չափազանց ինքնավստահ են, դա ճիշտ չէ։ Օդաչուի մասնագիտությունը շատ նուրբ, զգայուն է։ Մենք պարտադիր հաշվի ենք առնում բարոյական, մարդկային հատկանիշները։ Դժվար է որոշելը, բայց առաջին տարին չէ, որ աշխատում ենք։ Ավիացիայում պետք է մնա միայն էլիտան, առանց չակերտների»։

              Ավիացիայում կանանց առկայությունը նուրբ հարց է, առայժմ թռիչքային կազմում գեղեցիկ սեռի ներկայացուցիչներ չունենք, բայց հեռանկարում ամեն ինչ է հնարավոր»։

              «Չէի ասի, թե բացասաբար եմ վերաբերվում կին օդաչու հասկացությանը... Բայց չէի էլ ասի, թե դրական։

              Երկակի զգացողություններ են։ Երբ ուսումնարանում էի, ինձ հետ սովորող աղջիկներ էլ կային։ Նրանք առանձին՝ վեց հոգանոց խմբով էին։ Նրանք եւս դարձան օդաչու-հրահանգիչներ, ընդ որում՝ բավական լավ մասնագետներ։ Ռուսաստանում հիմա էլ բարձր դասի մարզուհիներ կան»։

              Հայկական ավիացիայի պատմությունում էլ շատ կին օդաչուներ են եղել։ «Խորհրդային Հայաստանում աերոակումբներում շատ աղջիկներ կային, հիմա են տարանջատում՝ կարելի է, չի կարելի»։



              Ի՞նչ է զգում հրահանգիչը, երբ առաջին անգամ սկսնակի հետ օդանավ է նստում։ «Անհանգստություն չկա։ Ինձ համար օդանավի խցիկը աշխատասենյակ է։ Ինձ սովորեցրել են սովորեցնել՝ կարեւոր չէ՝ սկսնա՞կ է նա, թե՞ օդաչու-հրահանգիչ։ Նախկինում կար նման մոտեցում՝ չհաղորդել բոլոր նրբությունները։ Այժմ դա չկա։ Ինչ որ գիտեմ, փոխանցում եմ հրահանգիչներին, որովհետեւ փոխարինողներ է պետք պատրաստել»։ Արժանի սերնդափոխություն կլինի՞։ «Մենք աշխատում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ։ Այսօր կուրսանտները բավական բարձր մակարդակ են ցուցաբերում։ Երկու խոսքով կարելի է ասել՝ սարսափիր, թշնամի։ Բայց մենք հետագս կատարելագործման ենք ձգտում։

              Հայաստանի համար ավիացիան, այն էլ՝ ռազմականը, պետք է ամեն ինչ լինի: Ավիացիան պետք է անընդհատ աճի, ինչին էլ ձգտում է»:

              Հրամանատարը կողմ է երկրում աերոակումբների վերածնման գաղափարին: «Նախկինում աերոակումբները վաղ տարիքից կուրսանտներ էին պատրաստում: Ես իմ առաջին ինքնուրույն թռիչքը կատարել եմ 16 տարեկանում: Մեր երկիրը փոքր է, սակայն մենք կարող ենք դա հաղթահարել: Իմ ասած բնական ընտրությունը կարող է տեղի ունենալ ակումբային փուլում: Զուգահեռ կաճի կուրսանտների հետ հրահանգիչների աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը, ավելի հեշտ է, երբ կուրսանտը հիմք է ունենում, այլ ոչ թե սկսում է զրոյից»:

              Հարկավո՞ր է արդյոք ռազմական ավիացիային հրապարակային ուշադրություն, ավիացիոն շոուների կազմակերպում:

              «Երկրի համար ավիացիան թանկ հաճույք է: Այնուամենայնիվ, հրապարակային ուշադրությունը, ցուցադրական ելույթները, շոուները հարկավոր են: Ժողովուրդը պետք է իր աչքով տեսնի արդյունքները»:
