Russia will deliver another batch of TOS-1A “Solntsepyok” heavy flamethrowers to Azerbaijan in the near future, Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) Concern of Russia, represented in KADEX-2014 defense expo in Astana told.

The next batch includes 6 vehicles. The vehicles will be handed over to the Azerbaijani side after they are tested by UVZ specialists in Azerbaijan.

UVZ said 18 TOS-1A “Solntsepyok” heavy flamethrowers must be delivered to Azerbaijan according to the contract signed with Azerbaijan...

This is Ukraine fallout.
Russia "softening" it's approach to elections in Ukraine and seemingly false western gains there. Azerbaijan wants to create conditions for more western involvement in Artsakh issue.
But in actuality west is loosing Ukraine day by day. This election will create even more problems for west. Poroshenko allready expressed that, without russia piece and prosperity are impossible in Ukraine. Promising united country, he also cannot overcome the controll of right sector. He declared that he will clean up east from insurgents. He does not have a popular base. Right wing will never accept any federalisation. This makes of novorussia coming to any agreemtns with Kiev even more remote. This morning prorussian forces have attacked Donetsk airport.
Our job is to hit Azeris hard. This killing is nothing more than another baku adventure. Southern caucasus is not in the main focus of west.
This also coincides with news of russia delivering another load of armaments to baku. It works for baku in their plan to scare us into favorable agreement since west is in vagon with them too in this issue. I am not saying russians don't know how the niews of arms deliveries work on us.

Thorough investigations revealed that the Azerbaijani allegedly killed near Aleppo in Syria is Sumgayit resident Elmeddin Guliyev, law enforcement bodies told APA. He graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

When the situation in Syria turned tense, he went to this country, joining the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant to fight against the government forces.

According to APA information acquired from Azerbaijanis fighting in Syria, Guliyev had previously fought against coalition troops in Afghanistan, and has gone to Syria after the situation aggravated in this country. He has long been the emir of the fighters in Homs. He is even reported to have shot down a fighter aircraft of the government forces during the battles around Homs. That is the reason government forces put a price on his head.

Elmeddin Guliyev is said to be fluent at the German and English.

Azerbaijanis fighters in Syria told APA that an Azerbaijani fighter known as “Yahya Azeri” has been killed by Assad forces near Aleppo.

Azerbaijani fighters have even presented a photograph of his corpse to APA.

The dead Azerbaijani’s name is unknown, but he is reported to be a Sumgayit resident.
As the situation became tense scores of Azerbaijani citizens started to go Syria and fight against the government forces within various radical groups. Nearly 100 Azerbaijanis were killed in the battles during this period. Photos of the majority of them were shared on social networks by the Mujahideen.
