- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)

- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

"Yesterday I met with Foreign Minister Lavrov to visit Yerevan I am in the situation after the large-scale attack unleashed by Azerbaijan's position. Russia , as an OSCE Minsk Group co-chair country, is actively involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. For years we have been responsible part in this process, we tried to find a mutually acceptable decisions, be constructive. It is obvious that Azerbaijan 1994 gross violation of the ceasefire agreement negotiation process moved far away.
We were convinced that indeed the issue can be resolved solely on the basis of compromise, by peaceful means, but today we have a different situation. Violated ceasefire agreements and the strengthening ignored the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries - Russia, US and French leaders' joint statements of 5, heinous crimes committed by the military. and we now say to everyone, pointing do the aggressor , do indicate that lessons can be taken into account and move forward, "Serge Sargsyan said, reports the Department of Information and Public Relations of the RA President.

Despite this, since the declaration of independence, we have adopted a multi-vector policy to develop relations with all our neighbors. The initiator of the restoration of relations with Turkey without preconditions once we were in the initiative, which the world saw why the closed Armenian-Turkish border is the precondition for the founders and what real factor in Turkish-Azerbaijani, one nation, two states formula. Those who still do not fully comprehend the nature of this resolution, we have missed something important in their calculations. We are a peace-loving nation. We do not hate anyone and our relationship is not built on hatred and enmity with anyone. Our people fought and fought like not only when it imposes on itself. And impose it because they just want to build their own future on their own land and live in freedom. "

                  There's an English version

Armenia President: Karabakh people determined to be free

PanARMENIAN.Net - On the sidelines of the Second Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide, President Serzh Sargsyan talked with the participants of the Forum and the delegates, presenting Armenia’s views regarding a number of issues.

Speaking about the difficulties posed by the geographical location of our country, President Sargsyan said in particular: “It is true that two out of Armenia’s four neighbors are hostile to our country. Nevertheless, since our independence we have adopted a multi-vector policy trying to develop relations with all our neighbors. Even with Turkey, we initiated the reestablishment of relations without preconditions. Our initiative revealed to the world why the Armenian-Turkish border is closed, who is setting preconditions and why the Turkish-Azeri “one nation- two states” formula is a real factor. Those who until now have not yet comprehended the political essence of that formula, have missed an important element in their calculations. We are a peaceful nation. We hate no one and do not build our relations on animosity or hatred towards anyone. Our people don’t like fighting but we are forced to fight for one simple reason: we want to live on our own land and we want to be free.”

The President also spoke about Russia’s role in the resolution of Karabakh issue.
“Yesterday I received Foreign Minister [Sergey] Lavrov,” President said.
“I briefed him on our position regarding the situation which has been established after the large-scale offensive unleashed by Azerbaijan. Russia, as an OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing state is actively involved in the Nagorno Karabakh peace process. For years, we were a responsible member of that process, trying to find mutually acceptable solutions, trying to be constructive. Obviously, the blunt violation by Azerbaijan of the 1994 ceasefire has thrown the peace process far back. We were convinced that the conflict could be solved through exclusively peaceful means; today the situation is different, however. Ceasefire and supporting agreements have been violated, five statements of the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states – U.S., France, and Russia - were violated, war crimes were committed, and now we are telling everyone – point your finger at the aggressor, so that lessons are learned, enabling us to move forward.”
