What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

Министерство Обороны Азербайджана признала свои потери в Нагорном Карабахе. (более 1500 цинковых гробов)

My Russian isn't great. Can anyone verify what this article is basing these numbers on (1,500 dead dogs)? Also, is the website a reliable source?

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has recognized all the facts to hide the dead in Nagorno-Karabakh. Here's what the report said the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

" In the course of recent events taking place at the line of contact, information about the dead and wounded, their data and military specialty is a state secret . However, some users of social networks specifically collect unverified information and disseminate it, said in a statement the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan. "

Thus, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has recognized the fact that the number of dead, wounded, place and time of the funeral and the title of being the state secret hidden from the public in Azerbaijan .

And hiding in the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan's death more than 1,500 officers and men, hid a huge number of wounded which passes the mark in 2700, hid the officers ranks who gave their lives for the crimes committed by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

A crime has been committed in order to conceal the disgraceful economic condition of the country, while the entire clan Aliyev made a fortune in the hundreds of times, information about the multi-billion dollar robbing Azerbaijan became the property of the people due to the leakage of the so-called Panama dossier.

And then reluctantly teeth Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence at the end recognizes the fact of death today, Lieutenant Colonel Tahir Sanan oglu Akhundov and two soldiers.

All this happens under the pressure of irrefutable facts spread by the user of social networks Muntaziri Habib, who reported on this news.

Further, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan threatening to the user network, and being dissatisfied reveal facts makes the following statement.

User Habib Muntaziri, reported the alleged three dead and one wounded soldiers, once again committing a blunder, disseminated false information on Facebook.

And immediately after the threat towards Habib Muntaziri follow the following statement.

The Information Ministry of Defense noted that, indeed, a result of the breach of security measures was killed Lieutenant Colonel Sanan Tahir ogluAhundov.

The following are some of what the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry concealed under the guise of military and state secrets as stated today, on this page. (Http://haqqin.az/news/68463)

Despite the fact that the official circles of Azerbaijan continue to hide the real figures of losses of manpower for military aggression against the Azerbaijani Armed Forces of Nagorno Karabakh 1-5 April, but as a result of its own investigation Azerbaijani sources declared data, three times higher than the official.

As reported by Armenpress , the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry officially announced the loss of 31 servicemen (Mod.gov.az: April 2 - 12 persons, 3 April - 3, 4 and 5 April - 16), without presenting the public with the list that says, that the actual losses are much higher than these figures.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan emphasized that if someone will announce the figures differ from these, it is "a private matter".

However, the Azerbaijani news website Meydan TV, summarizing information from social networking sites in April 2-7, posted total losses of the Azerbaijani side, noting the names of all the victims and their place of burial.

According to Meydan TV, the total losses of the Azerbaijani side April 2-7 were as follows: 81 killed, 6 missing, 6 civilians.

An important fact: the First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva on April 7 in Baku mosque "Heydar" organized a commemoration for the victims of April 1-5.

Official site azertag.az said that judging by the number of mothers who died in the photos, it is clear that the loss of Azerbaijanis by the Armenian side in the counterattacks launched in April, Azerbaijan's aggression against NKR exceed a few hundred.

According to NKR Defense Ministry data, resulting in devastating counter-attacks of the Armenian side in Azerbaijan launched in April a military provocation against the NKR, Azerbaijan lost: 2 helicopters, 24 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles 3, 1 IT 8 drones, 1 BM MLRS 1MM. Azerbaijani Armed Forces lost more than 1,300 soldiers, about 2,000 injured

I mean all S-300PS's and S-300PT's were modernised roughly to the S-300PM variant. Not every component was modernised, just some important ones like missiles and radars according to the article I posted and that live blog someone else referenced.

                **Sharmazanov sounds confident**

Armenia ruling party spokesman: We should have moral government

YEREVAN. - Following Russian FM Sergey Lavrov’s visit, the Armenian-Russian relations will develop and progress will be observed in all spheres.

Spokesperson for the ruling Republican of Armenia (RPA) Eduard Sharmazanov told the aforementioned to journalists after the RPA Executive Body session Friday.

“Following Russian FM Sergey Lavrov’s visit [to Armenia], the Armenian-Russian ties will develop. We will have progress in all spheres. It’s no coincidence that the FM noted that Armenia is Russia’s key partner in CIS.

This is a message not only to Armenia, but also the outer world. The FM wouldn’t make random statements,” Sharmazanov said, adding that it’s good that the sad analyses on Karabakh conflict made in connection with Lavrov’s visit didn’t come true. Sharmazanov stressed that it’s early to speak about the resumption of talks at this stage,” he said.

“The Karabakh people will be those to make a decision. It’s yet early to speak about the resumption of talks at this stage. Starting talks requires confidence-building mechanisms: we’ll need investigation, arms balancing and realization that Azerbaijan wouldn’t go for such terrorist actions for the second time. It’s time for the international community to impose sanctions on Azerbaijan”.

“We managed to neutralize the Azerbaijani threat at the expense of the lives of our heroes on the frontline. And today we recorded in the diplomatic sphere that Azerbaijan’s plan to put an end to the ceasefire agreement signed in 1994 and to bring in a new document has been failed.”

The spokesperson also stressed that the war showed that Armenia’s sponsors are God and people’s unity, and that nobody has a right to make any more mistakes. “The war showed that we have no right to make a mistake. We should have moral government, moral opposition and moral generation,”Sharmazanov concluded.
