There should ( must ) be debate about every aspect and even those kind of people should be allowed to speak . What I don't understand is why she is getting interviewed and getting so much media exposure.
She is not a simple citizen.
She is the head of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE.
She speaks as our official spokesperson.

An interesting one mentioned, Armenia has decided to step back and leave any future fighting to Artsakh hierarchy exclusively.

This means if Russia or anybody else puts pressure Armenia for ceasefire Armenia can say talk to them.

Artsakh is determined not to listen to anybody.

I'm not sure to what you refer:
      - he speaks about 91, and the fears and responsability escape of LTP, certain of our defeat.
      - he speaks of a recent change in military decision making chain, prior to this latest 4 day war. But I'm not sure it implies what you suggest.

This is not an interview with a citizen randomly caught walking in Yerevan. When your Deputy House Speaker is in a parallel universe, that's worrying.

He is talking about unfinished business because of treacherous policy from Yerevan
more significantly at 26 talking about any future action will be local responsibility and people like Khachadurov will not be able to sign cease fire agreements in Moscow.

Also during any future war we will/should target shores of Kura as our borders etc

I think the reference to Kura is significant because this is being mentioned quite frequently now.

Last time I heard again was by a retired General.

It makes no goddamned sense that this corpulent, criminal, b#tch is in, and even worse, the head Armenian delegation to the OSCE. She is pro-Azeri for f*ck sake. I tell you, the main reason why this conflict has lingered despite winning on the battlefield time and time again is dua to sheer ignorance, stupidity, myopic, defeatist of Armenian politicians, MFA, etc. (and regardless of who has been in charge). She can go live in Baku with her mafia, criminal husband.

After the war, a true reckoning should come and the house needs to be cleaned. Out with the fat, corrupt, defeatist, sovietized, ineffective, politicians and mafia. They need to be force out of Armenia and Artsakh. They can move to Baku or Moscow.

                Oh , I didn't know that.
How comes Armenia allows someone who has a different view of the resolution of the conflict to be the head of a delegation then ?

                      Didnt expect that:

David Babayan : May 9 military parade will be held in the NKR , but concerts and fireworks will not.
