Armenian Hackers Leak Azerbaijani Banking and Military Data
        By Waqas on September 25, 2016September 25, 2016

Armenian hackersxleaked personal details of government officials and also defaced embassy sites to celebrate 25 years ofxArmenian independence.
Armenian hackers fromxMonte Melkonian Cyber Army (MMCA) have leaked a trove of data which they claim belongs toxAzerbaijanixbanks, military and police servers. In an email to HackRead, one of the representatives from MMCA said that reason for targeting governmentxand financial servers was to send a ”precious gift” toxAzeris on the 25th anniversary of the Republic of Armenian independence.
The MMCA group also leaked folders on several pastie sites claiming that the files containxpersonal data of 1200 Azerbaijani officers including names, ID numbers, phone numbersxresidence addresses and other details whilst another Armenian group going by the online handle of ”Noyer_1K, n0p_c0ntr01” leakedxcustomer database of an Azerbaijani bank that includesxpersonal data of about 10,000 people.

Upon scanning the leaked data HackRead found other three folders with files showing banking details of over 9000 customers.

Another folder labeled as ”Azerbaijan military & police officer personal info” containing profiles of 46 allegedxAzeri military and police officials along with their personal information.

The same folder also contains personal details ofxBayramov Vaqif Dilqem Oglu, an Azeri militaryxofficial who reportedly died in April 2016. The Armenian hackers are using Bayramov’s details to prove that the data is legit.

Captian Bayramov Vaqif Dilqem Oglu’s passport was posted by Karabakh ministry of defense on its official Twitter account

Bayramov’s personal data among the leaked data
Apart of leaking aforementioned data, the hackers also hacked and defaced several Azeri embassies and government websites. The list of targeted sites includes Azeri embassy inxBulgaria,xNetherlands and Qatar,xMinistry of Foreign Affairs AIDA.

Screenshot from hacked Azeri embassy site for Qatar
Links to all targeted sites along with their Zone-h mirrors as a proof of hack are available here.
HackRead can confirm that there is nothing substantial among the leaked data, however, the cyber war between Armenia and Azerbaijanxbegan in late 2013 and since than hackers from both sides have been carrying cyber attacks on each other’s cyber infrastructure. Previously, thexMonte Melkonian Cyber Army (MMCA) leaked ID cards and passports of 5,000 Azeri citizens. You can click here to go through all previous hacks conducted by MMCA.

Remember, there are no diplomatic relations between the two countries and they are still technically at war because of the ongoing Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and dispute.

In April war they were a surprise and probably had their biggest impact possible. But even then they were not a dicisive factor in battlefield. If not the quick ceasefire, Azeris were in trouble after 3 days.
Next war, our military will be ready to neutralize them for our tanks and other assets.
What's left is to unleash them over cities and terrorise the population. Like in April their biggest success was in destroying the bus full of passengers.
Turks assume that our population has the same reaction as them for things like this. Lol.
My opinion. Waist of money and resources.
One muzzle of howitzer can kill more enemy then 50 of those.

              Hello ppl,long time,

i want to say about Iskander purchase.
Those 1 division (2 battalions) we got has nothing to do with 200mln loan, we sold our Vorotan to americans for 450mln, 200 of them would be given to army, thats means we got our iskander with that 200mln. Now i wonder how much would 1 division cost to an non CSTO member country like UAE... and one more thing, David Tonoyan confirmed today that we got Iskander M with 500km range. The woman with microphone on parade was talking much bull** since she said Tochka with range of 70km and named iskander as ''Operative Martavarakan MSHAKUYTAIN(?) Zenq'' lmao

before the parade you said many times we will see Kornet anti-tank missiles, but we did not see them. Why did you say that and what was the reason of them being not shown?

Azerbaijan claimed to have carried out a test-firing exercise with the Israeli Lynx Extra MRLS, but not clear if true or not.
