SECOND BLAST HITS SOCAR LINE
The same section of a Socar-operated gas pipeline in Azerbaijan has exploded twice in one week. The second blast, followed by a fire, occurred in the morning of January 2.
The 39-inch pipeline carries gas from the Sangachal processing plant about 50 km from Baku. The earlier blast happened on December 27 and neither caused any injuries.
The state-owned company said repair work has already started on the pipeline and that gas supplies to the Absheron region were continuing but from a different route.

As far as I know they are not effective against modern tanks (even against T-72) and are towed. There is a video Burjuin posted a while ago where one of our soldiers says clearly that they need more time to reload than a tank so the first shot must be a hit. So in my opinion the crew of a MT-12 is cannon fodder.
