I think this is a interesting development which could mean finally the Armenian government has decided to do things differently in response to Azeri provocations.

YEREVAN, May 23. /ARKA/. Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan, a political analyst, thinks the Armenian side has changed its stance in negotiations over the Karabakh conflict settlement.

Speaking Tuesday at a news conference, he said that it was seen in the statement Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, made on May 18 at the first session of the new-elected National Assembly. xx

Quoting Sargsyan as saying that mutual concessions mean only Artsakh’s right for self-determination, Melik-Shahnazaryan said that before the April 2016 four-day war Armenia was also ready for some territorial concessions, while now Yerevan stopped speaking about them, and this makes the Azerbaijani side nervous. xx

The political analyst stressed that in his speech Sargsyan also condemned Madrid principles.x

“Speaking about one of provisions in these principles, the president said that it arouses many questions,” he said. x

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict broke out in 1998 February when the Nagorno-Karabakh autonomous region announced its secession from Azerbaijan. In September 1991, the region declared itself the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and, over the course of the enduring conflict, Azerbaijan subsequently lost control of the region.

In 1994, a Russia-brokered cease-fire was signed and the peace talks mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group have been held since. --0---

                  Hayastan or Bust.

Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

He is talking about hitting all the Turks on our side of Kur river because western bank of that river falls under Artsakh strategic and territorial sphere. As soon as Azeris move any troops or equipment to the western bank of that river they should be hit.
He also believes since Armenian people are smart and we allways had high level scientists, we should create robotic systems where all the border area will be monitored and any movement in no mans land area hit with auto-operated missiles and machine guns.
