This sounds borderline absurd, but the picture has 100% proof honestly, the guy looks like a villager with what looks like the Azerbaijani Army standard combat vest put on as an excuse, I've heard that this guy was a real Armenian but never served the Armenian Army and once resided in a mental hospital.

This morally messed me up inside.

BREAKING: Armenian troops pushed back an Azerbaijani infiltration attempt last night. The Azeris left equipment as they had at least 4 dead SF during the operation. No Armenian losses. Serial number of weapons and helmet posted by Arm MoD for verification.

One of the first steps taken during this year of reforms was the partial nationalization of the much maligned parking and traffic camera system.
