Nagorno-Karabagh: Military Balance Between Armenia & Azerbaijan
Fines paid for traffic offenses in Armenia to be spent on housing for servicemen
YEREVAN, June 26. /ARKA/. The Armenian cabinet ministers decided Friday to amend the rules for spending out-of budget financial resources.
Vigen Sargsyan, defense minister, said that fines paid for the traffic offenses recorded by speed cameras will be spent on solution of servicemen’s housing problems.
“First of all, these financial resources will be spent for solving housing problems of fallen servicemen’s families or servicemen with first-degree disabilities,” he said.
The minister said that AMD 500 million is allocated from the government budget every year.
In his words, servicemen with second-degree disabilities will be targeted as well already in 2018. ---0----
