Yes they are. And I don't think Armenia is doing much these days. Any update on at least a factory that makes ammunition being put into operation? I doubt it. Serzh is stuck.

and they have enough to destroy us five times over,

I do not think there is shortage of ammunition.
My impression is our effort is directed towards modern warfare using technology.

Not at all, even the press on TV is pretty free, its quite angering how the new parliament is very HHK oriented, some look alright, but a majority of it gives too much power to them and yet our population doesn't give a rat's as* about it, if our country turns into a single party oligarchy, blame nothing but our ignorant selves. I doubt Sargysian is going to be prime minister and if he is, he will have much more heavier backlash.
