Ամերիկայում լույս տեսնող «Ասպարեզ» թերթը նոր մանրամասներ է հրապարակել ԼՂ տարածքում ադրբեջանական անօդաչու թռչող սարքի խփվելու հետ կապված:

Պարբերականը նշում է, որ անօդաչու թռչող սարքը կապ ունի ամերիկյան պաշտպանական ձեռնարկության հետ, ինչը «նոր հարցեր է բարձրացնում ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից զենքի արտահանումն արգելող օրենքի հնարավոր խախտման հետ կապված»:

«Դիտելով փխված անօդաչու թռչող սարքի բեկորները, կարելի է տեսնել GPS Source Inc ֆիրման, որը գտնվում է Կոլորադո նահանգում եւ հանդիսանում է GPS սփլիթերի արտադրողը, որը եղել է թռչող սարքի վրա: GPS սփլիթերը թույլ է տալիս GPS-ի մեկ ալեհավաքով ազդակներ հաղորդել մի քանի ընդունիչների: Ավելի վաղ տեսանյութի ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ կանադական NovAtel ընկերությունը, որը գրասենյակ ունի Թեքսասում, GPS ալեհավաքների արտադրողն է, որն օգտագործվում է թռչող սարքերի վրա»,- նշում է թերթը:

Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին հայտնի էր դարձել, որ ԼՂՀ Զինված ուժերն ադրբեջանական հետախույզ-օդանավ են ոչնչացրել։ Ինչպես հայտնել էր ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Սենոր Հասրաթյանը, ադրբեջանական անօդաչու սարքը խփվել էր սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, տեղական ժամանակով 7։30-ին։ Այլ մանրամասներ չէին հաղորդվել։ Գործի հանգամանքները ուսումնասիրելու համար Ղարաբաղում հանձնաժողով է ստեղծվել:

Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները սեպտեմբերի 15-ին այցելել են Ադրբեջանում պահվող երեք հայ ռազմագերիներին եւ հայ ընտանիքի հինգ անդամներին: Տեղեկատվությունը NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց ԿԽՄԿ Հայաստանի պատվիրակության հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Ռուզաննա Վարդանյանը: Նշենք, որ ըստ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերիներին են հանձնել 4 նամակ եւ լուսանկարներ եւ նրանցից ստացել են նամակներ` հարազատներին հանձնելու համար:

Նշենք, որ ներկայումս Ադրբեջանում են պահվում երեք հայ ռազմագերիներ` Օհան Հարությունյանը, Գեւորգ Թովմասյանն ու Կարեն Հարությունյանը, եւ 5 անձինց բաղկացած մի ընտանիք` Եղիշե, Ռուզաննա, Ալֆրեդ, Գայանե եւ Պետրոս Գեւորգյանները:

Եղիշե Գեւորգյանը 8 անգամ դատապարտվել է, եւ ներկայում էլ հետախուզվում է սպանության կասկածանքով: Նա ընտանիքի հետ 2010 թ. հունվարի 10-ին փախել էր Ադրբեջան:

Անծանոթ տարածքում մոլորված երկու հայ զինվորները 2009 թ. մայիսից գտնվում են Ադրբեջանում, եւ մեկը` նույն տարվա հուլիսից:Հայաստանում է գտնվում մեկ ադրբեջանցի ռազմագերի` Ռոման Հուսեյնովը, ով հրաժարվում է վերադառնալ հայրենիք:

Azerbaijani Drone Shot Down in Nagorno Karabakh

Armenian forces in the disputed territory of Nagorno Karabakh have shot down an Azerbaijani unmanned drone aircraft, they say. Azerbaijani officials thus far have been silent on the issue, but the Armenians have produced photos and video of the wreckage.

According to Armenian Reporter:

Vazgenashen, previously known as Gulably, is about ten kilometers from the Line of Contact (LoC) between the two armies. Armenian officials believe the aircraft was on a reconnaissance mission.

Karabakh military officials said there was a spike in Azerbaijani UAV activity in recent days most of it along the LoC. But an Azerbaijani intrusion at such depth can be considered a significant escalation.

The aircraft went down on September 12 at 7:30 AM local time near Vazgenashen in Nagorno Karabakh's Martuni district "as a result of special measures undertaken by units of air defense and radio-electronic warfare of the Karabakh Defense Army," the army's press office reported.

According to most early speculation, the drone was an Israeli-made Hermes 450. Armenian lobby groups in the U.S. have wasted no time; the Armenian National Committee of America has said it has identified parts on the UAV that are from a Canadian company with an office in the U.S., thus a potential violation of sanctions on arms sales to Azerbaijan (or Armenia). And it's written to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to ask her to look into it.

It'll be very interesting to see how Azerbaijan responds.
